I’m a returning customer, how do I make an order?
Just log into your account or as a guest, then carry on with your booking. If you haven’t already created an account with us, place your booking and indicate ‘create an account’. Alternatively, through our Contact Page you can send us your inquiry.

Can I place an order over the phone?
No it isn’t possible to order over the phone. To clarify we are not representing a retail store where customers are able to click and collect and expect to receive purchased items within the same week. We are a garment manufacturing company that offer services and specializes in Bespoke Tailoring and UK/Off-Shore Production (CMT).

Due to an abundance of detail involved, a meeting or consultation is in order. More than happy to assist you - reach us on 020 7254 7109. Our Customer Care team are on hand to help you throughout the week. Our service hours are Monday- Friday (9:30 am – 8 pm).

Which countries do you currently ship to?
Bespoke Tailoring Service: Currently only within the United Kingdom, if you have inquiries outside of U.K. send it to us or get in contact so we can discuss to make an arrangement for your convenience.
UK/Off-Shore (CMT) Production: Currently shipping within Europe, if you have inquiries outside of Europe send it to us or get in contact so we can discuss to make an arrangement for your convenience.

Does Jimmy’s Tailor have a store where I can see/try the collection?
Within the same vicinity, we have our Manufacturing Company, Showroom and Office based in East London (Unit 45 Regent Studios, 8 Andrews Road, London, E8 4QN).

You are welcome to drop by during our opening hours (Monday – Friday 9:30 am – 8 pm. We do recommend booking an appointment with us to have private a meeting of your own and avoid disruptions, it also gives us time to get things in order specifically for you. Where are your products manufactured?
Our garment manufacturing company is based within the UK with all production (CMT/Bespoke Tailoring) done in London. Additionally, our highly experienced luxury studio consists: Our Master Tailor, Efficient Seamstresses, Credible Cutters, Creative Designers and the rest of our talented team are all based in our London office. Our fabrics are mainly sourced through the finest mills in the UK, recognized and used by tailors from Savile Row; as well as providing more affordable specialty fabrics from both China and Italy.

How can I determine what size I am in your collection?
Standard sizes (e.g. S/M/L/XL etc.) does not apply to our Bespoke Tailoring Service, as a measurement is catered to each and every individual person. However, it is not the same case with our UK/Off-Shore CMT Production. Prior to receiving a production order, there would have been meetings and samples where details are thoroughly covered (e.g. Sizes/Styles/Fabric/Quantity etc.). Having mentioned all of that, our sizing is consistent with many other commercial brands.

What alterations do you offer?
Having Bespoke Tailoring as one of our specialties enables us to offer a variety of alterations across the collection including hem lengths, taking in/out, and releasing on seams. If you have a specific alteration query, please contact us directly on 020 7254 7109.

How long does delivery take?
Bespoke Tailoring Service:
UK Standard delivery: 4 - 6 weeks
UK Express Delivery: 2 - 4 weeks
UK Special Delivery: 7 working days
EU: 6 - 8 weeks

(Express and Special Delivery are only available if your choice of suiting fabric, lining and trimmings is in stock, also if you can adhere to attend consultations and fittings within the first half of the booking dates. Please take into consideration, due to third party courier services we cannot guarantee our customers garments to arrive in the exact same finished condition from when it leaves the factory; we remind you that you are also available to pick-up your garments.)

UK (CMT) Production:
UK Standard delivery: 4-6 weeks
UK Express Delivery: 2-4 weeks
UK Special Delivery: within 7 working days
EU: 6-8 weeks

(Express and Special Delivery are only available depending on the quantity of garment pieces and if your choice of suiting fabric, lining and haberdasheries is in stock or has been delivered. Please feel free to contact us for additional information.)

PAYMENT

What type of cards do you accept?
We accept cash, cheques and all major credit and debit cards, including Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Mastercard, American Express. Alternatively, you can also pay via Paypal.

Why has my payment failed?
Payment issues occur for a number of reasons. First, check you’re using a card we accept (including Visa Credit, Visa Debit and Mastercard, American Express). Have you entered the card details correctly? Is your billing address correct? If you’ve checked everything above and it still isn’t working, we recommend you give your bank or card issuer a call to check there are enough funds in your account to make the payment. Please don’t hesitate to contact us on 020 7254 7109 if you prefer to place your order over the phone.

Can I get a VAT invoice?
Of course. You’ll find this on your order confirmation email. You can also contact us and we can have another invoice sent out to you.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

How do I track my order?
When dispatching your order, we will send a confirmation email with the tracking information. Please note that the status can take a bit of time to update. (We recommend to pick up in order to receive garments in the same finished condition.)

How do I know when my delivery will arrive?
Once we’ve dispatched your order, we’ll email you to confirm dispatch and delivery details.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

We want to ensure your item is 100% perfect for you. If there is an issue with the sizing or fit of a product you have been sent, simply fill out our inquiries form on our contact page to indicate the problem so we can resolve it for you. Once your form has been submitted, one of our customer care representatives will get in touch within 24 hours.
