Welcome to Jimmy's Tailor Limited terms and conditions outlining the rules and regulations for the use of Jimmy's Tailor's Limited Website. 

This website is powered by Square Space. Owned and operated by Jimmy’s Tailor Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company registration number 5567783). The registered office is Unit 45, Regent Studios, 8 Andrews Road, London, E8 4QN. Registered VAT number is GB 809 9525 92. These Terms and Conditions apply to any garment that is produced by us and any information that is written on our website. These terms and conditions apply regardless of how you access the website, including via any device by which we make our website available to you, or however you have heard about us via word of mouth, advertisements, flyers that you have come across. 

By accessing this website we assume you accept these terms and conditions in full. Do not continue to use Jimmy's Tailor's website if you do not accept all of the terms and conditions stated on this page. 

The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions or all Agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person accessing this website and accepting the Company’s terms and conditions. “The Company”, “Ourselves”, “We”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our Company. “Party”, “Parties”, or “Us”, refers to both the Client and ourselves, or either the Client or ourselves.


1. Time frame:

  • As much as we try to keep our Production times within 3-5 weeks, we cannot absolutely guarantee this for every order – being handmade and customised goods occasionally fabric will be out of stock that results in slower than usual delivery but we try our very best to avoid this issue. 

  • Express production order: we can occasionally accept rush order if you need the suit urgently, but some surcharge will apply. In this case we can deliver it in 1-3 weeks. Also if an alteration is required, it will take extra time and if there is not enough time we will reserve the right to complete the alteration after the event you required it by. Please contact us in advance and refer below for alteration process.

  • For wedding groups, please book at least 8 weeks in advance so that we have plenty of time and reduce any stress on your big day. We will not guarantee the suits will be ready if you leave it until the last minute.

2. Measurements:

  • If you choose to do the measurements by your own or by other tailors, Tailors Made Suits cannot guarantee the fit of your garments. Please ask us to give you some measurement instructions to reduce the risk.

3. Alterations:

  • In some cases, alterations are required and we judge that the fit was correctly done according to our standard. This means either you change your mind on the fitting, or want something that differs from the standard, or have lost/ gained some weight since measurements. We will quote you for the alterations or replacement cost, as sometimes we cannot alter it locally, or a brand new garment will need to be made.

  • Postage to you will be covered by us, so please cover the postage to us yourself.

  • We will only alter our own clothes within 3 weeks from the day you receive your garments unless other arrangements are made with us.

4. Delivery: Please pick up your clothes within 6 weeks from the date we contact you to notify they are ready; unless you have communicated with us when you can pick them up. After that time frame, we reserve the right to dispose of the garments and no refund will be given.

5. Deposits: Once a production order is confirmed, there will be a non-refundable deposit to cover your own fabric costs unless you are paying the full price. Your deposit will be credited towards your final balance, if for any circumstances the client can no longer proceed with order your deposit will be non-refundable.

6. Referral system:

  • If you refer your friends and family to us, we will offer you 10% credits base on their first order.

  • When the order is completed successfully, we will record your credit under your name.

  • The next time you order, please remind us to check this, and we will redeem it for you.

7. Colors: Each batch of fabric will be slightly different, compare to the sample we have from the suppliers. If you have any concern please contact us before we start the production process for your garments.

8. Booking: we are entitled to cancel bookings if there is any undesirable event happens. In particular, if it is for our tours to other cities (e.g. flight change due to bad weather etc). We will inform you if this ever happens.

9. Multiple orders: if you are a new client and would like to order more than one of the same items (e.g. 2 or more shirts), our practice would be to create the first item first and make sure it fits you well. Also if there were alterations required, it will incur less cost for us. After you are happy with the first item then we can produce the rest. Of course in these cases we will try to expedite your order, however, this is not a promise. Our standard time-frame will still be applied, by default.

10. Return and refund policy:

  • For tailoring, as it is fully tailored to your body shape and you only, return and refunds are not accepted. Please contact us for additional inquiries.
